My name is William,
As well as building my own guitars and doing repairs I worked as a master luthier and production manager for Boutique Guitar companies for the past 15 years in Los Angeles, CA building guitars, doing finishes, wiring, custom work, assembly... I have had the pleasure to work for tones of well-know Artists as well as local musicians, students, and hobbyists, and always gave 100% to bring the instruments to its best.
All that said, I am also a guitar player, and who is the best person to understand a guitar player's need? another guitar player!
There is no such thing as a "Standard" setup, and we'll go over your needs depending on your playing style and will get the instrument setup for YOU.
I focus on Guitars, Basses, electric, acoustic and classical, as well as Ukulele, Banjo and Mandolin.
My main concern is to get the best out of the instrument, whatever it is, cheap or vintage, beat up or not... I will do everything I can to make it play and sound better, and be at its best overall.
Rest assured that I will let you know if something needs more attention and will always give you the best price I can.
So, anytime you need some work done on your axe, feel free to contact me to get a free estimate. I will be more than happy to help you out with what can or must be done, and a time to get together and look at it.
Know that I won't ever pressure you to do unecessary adjustments/changes on your instrument, and will always find solutions that fit your needs and budget.
Cash, Card and Paypal payments are accepted.
Thank you for learning a little about me and my guitar shop.
William, WR Guitars.
